About Jenn's Specialty Cakes and Pastries

Each and every cake that you order is baked fresh using only the finest ingredients.  Regular sheet cakes have four moist and delicate layers separated by three scrumptious layers of delicious filling.

Every cake we bake is unique and completely decorated by hand.  We work with each of our clients to create a custom designed cake that is perfect for your special occasion. We specialize in wedding, birthday, anniversary, holiday, charity or corporate event cakes. We can create company logos and also have expertise in edible miniatures.

About Chef Jennifer

Pastry Chef Jennifer Hernandez discovered her love of baking as a young girl in her mother's kitchen. On her 8th birthday, one of her favorite gifts was her very own rolling pin.  As an adult, Jennifer started taking local cake decorating classes, and found her passion only increasing.

She quickly ran out of classes to attend so she decided to enroll in Le Cordon Blue, California School of Culinary Arts, in Pasadena.  After graduating from the Patisserie and Baking Program, Jennifer trained for 2 ½ years under Belgian Pastry Chef, Jean-Marie Verhoeven, at Pechanga Resort and Casino.

Jennifer then went on to become the Executive Pastry Chef at one of the largest casinos in California and now she offers her custom specialty cakes and pastries to the communities of Temecula, Murrieta and Fallbrook. Chef Jennifer has also developed a talent in creating edible miniatures out of chocolate and fondant. If you can imagine it Chef Jennifer can create it!
